Supply of Services: These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of services sold by Bohemia King Limited of, 2 Holly Grove, Verwood, Dorset, BH31 6XA, UK (‘we’ and ‘us’) to the customer named on the registration form provided on the Bohemia King web site (‘you’). Our acceptance of your registration by delivery of services constitutes a legally binding contract between us on these Terms and Conditions.
Each employment assignment or placement arising as a result of an introduction made by Bohemia King Limited will be subject to our standard Terms of Business as they are applicable in the circumstances. All prospective employers and clients for whom we arrange assignments or placements will be provided with a copy of the Terms of Business applicable to them at or following registration.
Right to Change: We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions and policies at any time. Any such changes will take effect when they are posted on the web site (see date at the top). You will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions each time you register to ensure that you are familiar with the current ones. Information on our web site is subject to modification from time to time without notice.

We will normally respond to queries by email or telephone within a maximum of two working days.
Payment Status: If payment is made by Credit or Debit card you will receive an email from Protx confirming whether the transaction has been successful. We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.
Registration Acknowledgement: After the registration request has been submitted we will allocate a Unique Registration Reference Number associated with the details of the services you have ordered. We will also send you a registration acknowledgement with the same details. This email will confirm that we have received your registration request and are processing it. Please note that these emails are NOT a registration confirmation or registration acceptance from Bohemia King Limited. We do not file details of your registration for you to subsequently access direct on this web site, and therefore, please print out these terms and conditions and the registration acknowledgement for your own records. If you wish to obtain specific details of your previous registration(s), which we hold for a minimum of one year, please contact us.
Registration Acceptance: The display of services on our web site is only an invitation to treat and we must receive payment for the whole of the price of the services you order before your registration can be accepted unless we have agreed otherwise in advance in writing. Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your registration or you have cancelled it, acceptance of your registration and the creation of a legally binding contract between you and us will only occur when we send you an email notifying you that the services have agreed, which will contain details of how we will supply our services to you. (Alternatively, we may decline your registration for any reason, in which case our email will tell you so.) We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced services, or we are no longer able to supply particular services for some reason.
When deciding whether or not to accept your registration we may use certain information about you, including any received from credit reference agency checks via Protx or other agencies. In particular, we may pass your details to Protx for them to check against certain public and private databases. Protx may keep a record to use in future security checks. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions.
Price & Payment: The prices payable for the services that you order are clearly set out on this web site, all prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds (GBP). They are inclusive of any VAT payable where applicable. The total cost of your order will be the price of the services you order. This will be set out clearly on our web site before you select your Payment Method prior to submitting your order.
Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our web site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of any service you have ordered, we will not be liable to supply those services to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you. If we discover an error we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your registration with the correct price/description or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the registration as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the services, you will receive a full refund.
Title: All services sold by us shall remain the property of Bohemia King Limited until fully paid for by you, notwithstanding that you may not have possession of the or services.
Payment By Credit/Debit Card: We accept Visa and MasterCard. When you choose to pay by Credit or Debit Card, payment is deducted when we process your registration, once we have checked your card details. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, place your registration request and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Purchases will appear on your card statement as Bohemia King Limited.
Other Payment Methods: If you would like to pay by cheque or cash or other method, please contact us.
Availability and Price Variation:We reserve the right to alter prices from time to time. All services are offered for sale subject to availability and price variation. In the event that services ordered are unavailable we may offer to provide alternatives. Bohemia King Limitedwill always contact you first to let you know the details of any variations or price changes and you will always be given the option to cancel your order if you do not accept the alternative or new price.
Descriptions: All descriptions are given in good faith and are as accurate as possible.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your registration at any time either before or up to 14 days beginning with the day after the day of confirmation of registration by:

b) phoning us on 01202 828886 - please have your order registration details to hand;
c) writing to Bohemia King Limited, 2 Holly Grove, Verwood, Dorset, BH31 6XA
You will receive a full refund, and the cancellation is free of charge.
We cannot cancel your registration when:
a) you have registered whilst on our premises;
b) you request cancellation without proof of purchase
c) there is a contract for services with your consent to begin the services and you have started using the services;
In the event we accept your cancellation we will credit your credit or debit card with the price of the registration within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given.
Your rights to cancellation are protected under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 as amended.
GENERAL
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
Validity: If any part of these Terms and Conditions are held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining parts which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Force Majeure: We shall have no liability, other than statutory rights, to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery, or for any damage or defect to goods or services supplied or delivered hereunder, or for any loss, damage, expense, costs, delays or other liability whatsoever that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including without limitation, strikes, lockouts, other industrial disputes or any failure of transmission, communication, computer or other facilities, or your inability to access the web site for any reason, or any failure, error or delay in the sending or receiving of any notice or communication or instruction through the post or any electronic medium).
Liability: No liability, other than statutory rights, is accepted by us for any for any administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage or injury arising out of any problem in relation to use, advice or services supplied whether caused either directly or indirectlyand our liability to you in connection with any supply of services will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant servicesunder these conditions. No express or implied condition, statement or warranty, is given or intended to be given as to the suitability of the services for any particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability:Nothing within these conditions operates so as to exclude, limit or restrict our liability for death or personal injury.
Change of Specification: Owing to a policy of continuous updating and improvement there may be slight changes in the specification of services supplied. Bohemia King Limited reserves the right to alter the provision or pricing of any services without prior notice but you will have the option to cancel your registration order if changes occur after your registration has been completed.
